QyroLabs is a Web3 GameFi studio where core gaming meets the blockchain economy, powered by Stash Technology. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect on the QyroLabs website and waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account basics: when you sign up with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, display name, and email address. Every player account is created through a verified sign-in method.

Mission data: the X username you submit for the follow mission, your Telegram user ID and username when you verify the Telegram mission, and the wallet addresses (Solana, Ethereum) you optionally add to your profile.

Activity data: your XP balance, the missions you complete, your daily loot box opens, and your referral code and referral connections.

Technical data: standard web logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to prevent abuse.

To create and secure your account, so you can sign in again later.

To run missions and rewards — checking mission eligibility, granting XP once per mission, blocking duplicate usernames and self-referrals, and keeping an auditable XP ledger.

To personalize your profile and show your progress on the dashboard.

To protect the platform from bots, farming, duplicate accounts, and exploits.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data.

You can clear this storage in your browser settings at any time; you will simply need to sign in again.

Sign-in providers: when you use Google sign-in, Google handles the authentication and receives only the standard sign-in request from us.

Mission platforms: the Telegram mission checks membership through Telegram's official bot API using our bot token. The X mission stores only the username you type in — we never receive your X password.

Hosting and database providers process data on our behalf strictly to run the service. We never sell your personal information.

Your public profile name may appear in community features. Your XP balance and referral activity are visible within the QyroLabs dashboard tied to your own account.

Your X username, Telegram handle, and wallet addresses are used for mission verification and reward delivery only, and are never sold or used for advertising.

We may disclose data if legally required, or to trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations.

Your session tokens are stored securely and all XP-affecting actions run through server-side checks — reward values cannot be forged from the browser.

We apply access controls so that only you can read or modify your own profile and XP records. Sensitive provider credentials are kept server-side and never exposed to the browser.

No system is perfectly secure; we continuously improve our safeguards and will notify you of any serious data breach as required by law.

We keep your account and XP ledger for as long as your account is active, so your progress is preserved.

If your account is suspended for abuse, related records may be retained to prevent re-registration. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time through our official X or Telegram channels.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data.

You can also object to processing or restrict it, subject to legal requirements. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our official X or Telegram channels linked in the footer.

The platform is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be announced through the site or our official channels.
